When a client needs to change the date/time of their appointment we use the copy and move function to do do but the client doesn't get a confirmation email to say this has been done. Clients very often call or email back to ask if the appointment has indeed been rescheduled, as they currently do not received confirmation of this.

Refunds on Phorest are ridiculously complicated! Why did I need a training video for something that should be as simple as clicking a refund button. I have worked with multiple other scheduling softwares and this is enough to make me wish we had chosen another company.

I'd like to be able to a pull a report to see what staff logged in on what devices at what times. Specifically, I believe I have a staff member logging into a computer using another staff's PIN and I'd like to be able to confirm whether this happened or not.

We need to be able to assign a therapist to a certain room during certain shifts, assigning the treatment to the room doesn't work for our business!! Our therapists are given a room to work in, and it changes on different days/times as to what therapist we will allocate to what room! The issue we have, there is no solution to, so we have been told by support that a get around could be to create a fake staff member and only open them up for certain treatments that can be done in the smaller room, but this then effects clients booking on the online booking system!! There is no solution to this issue so we need to be able to allocate therapists to rooms ASAP 😉

In the New Roster calendar view- In the orange box labelled HOLIDAY It would be very beneficial if the number of holiday hours booked is added to this box as a quick reference. It will help us ensure the correct amount of hours have been booked. Otherwise i’m literally clicking around everywhere double and triple checking which is a nightmare.
