Right now many of us manage vacation, PTO, and sick-day requests through emails, texts, or conversations — which makes it easy for requests to get lost and schedules to get messy. It would be hugely helpful to have a built-in HR / Time-Off Request tab in the Phorest Go app where employees can submit requests directly, and managers can approve or deny them in one place. Please, please, please, really need audit to see who cancelled appointments

The No-Show counter currently resets one year after a client’s first recorded no-show. It would be helpful to have the option to disable this automatic reset so that the full history of a client’s no-shows can be retained. Maintaining a complete record would allow salons to more accurately assess patterns of missed appointments when making decisions about banning clients or requiring prepayment. At the moment, once the counter resets, there is no easy way to reference no-shows from previous years, which can make it appear as though the client has never missed an appointment.

There needs to be a way of setting in place a price rise for a date in the future. With the current system someone has to be up late at night on the night before a price rise is due. Our previous software had the option to schedule a price rise.

I've had several clients reach out thinking they booked a facial twice as it shows up as "the name of the facial at 3:00" and then "the same facial name at 4:15". Clients have sent screen shots worried they booked the same facial twice.

a list which can be amended by a manger daily to complete everyday tasks. As well as End of day checklist type of thing where we can make sure all areas are cleaned down and restocked and signed off by a member of staff. also available on Phorest go !

Can you create a setting that forces the front desk to ask where the client came from!!! Please we don’t know where to place marketing dollars when the desk forgets to ask “how did you hear about us” this should also apply online ..even if it is after the online appointment is booked! Thank you!

The same way there is an option to download all services, it would be great it we were able to update the prices the same way by uploading an excel sheet with the new prices. Also if here was a % increase option to put up all current prices up by a % or a fixed amount

It would be nice to be able to change employee pricing within employee profile rather than creating different levels in order to assign specific pricing to specific employee. Don't want all types of level titles created since it's something that can be seen online by clients.
