Hi Phorest team, We’d love to share two features we would strongly encourage you to consider: 1. Scheduled price changes The ability to enter new service prices ahead of time and set a date for them to automatically take effect. This would make planning a price increase much easier, without having to manually update everything when the change begins. 2. A daily view of cancelled and moved appointments Our previous system had a button that let us see which appointments had been cancelled or moved from the day we were viewing. We would really love to have this option in Phorest. When an appointment disappears or moves, it can be difficult for reception and stylists to remember who was originally booked there and what changed. Being able to quickly check would help us keep track of our schedules, recognize repeat cancellations or rescheduling, and maintain context when speaking with clients. Both would make a meaningful difference to our day-to-day workflow. If either option already exists, we’d appreciate being shown how to access it!
