When a client needs to change the date/time of their appointment we use the copy and move function to do do but the client doesn't get a confirmation email to say this has been done. Clients very often call or email back to ask if the appointment has indeed been rescheduled, as they currently do not received confirmation of this.

Im absolutely baffled as to why Afterpay is NOT connected with Phorest. Afterpay has been around for so long now, there should be no reason why it is not set up with Phorest. its doing a disservice to businesses because you guys aren't with the times!!

I'm trying to do a BOGO easy discount button for the products. Could you add more than one product to a discount, rather than just have a brand/single Product/category? Also, have a rule where it allows the client/us to have a BOGO deal or a buy one get one % off.

It would be great if we could create a package that includes both a service and retail together. We have a new guest offering where they know they’ll be taking home product but we gave to list it as a service and back out the price and add the retail product and adjust everything at checkout. Thus has led to errors and incorrect commission being paid.

I would like to have an option for a front desk/manager schedule that allows the desk/managers to have an online schedule to see on the software. I’m other words a schedule that is not meant for booking clients, but says who is working, and Amy schedule changes.

In the Special Offers segment, please allow us to create specific offers that are "link only", meaning we can email out special online booking deals to lost clients that aren't viewable to the public. Ex: Free treatment with cut or style services to those that haven't visited in 200 days or more.

With one or two clicks we need to be able to send out a request for a deposit to hold their appt. Same goes with confirmation texts

right now there are 19 different options for Kevin Murphy/ they aren't the only brand with too many options for a brand, I feel like people have added things like Brand name (back bar) and brand name (take-home) where that can definitely be the category of their product not the brand. I don't even know how you would add your own brand because I can't find how to do that, but if we accidentally add something like Kevin Murphy instead of Kevin Murphy as the brand then when I go to run a low inventory report so I can make an order some products that are in a weird brand category go unseen. its redundant

Sometimes our receptionist forgets to change the name on a sale from our assistants (who applies the toners and treatments) to the stylist name. As the manager I would go and change them in the sales so that the stylist has the commission recorded under their name. However the new sales page does not allow for me to change the staff name.
