Since we are still waiting for the ability to generate custom discount codes, a feature many salons and I have requested for years. Could Phorest consider adding the option to create custom promotional vouchers, similar to the referral vouchers the system already provides? This would be a great alternative while the custom discount code feature is still being developed or while whatever is causing the delay is resolved. Please implement this; it is crucial for businesses like ours to provide this to retain clients and express our appreciation. The referral voucher feature already exists, so it would be extremely helpful if salon owners could generate and send those same types of vouchers to specific clients for promotional purposes, such as: * Birthday gifts * Client appreciation rewards * Seasonal promotions * VIP client offers * Win-back campaigns for inactive clients * Personalized thank-you gifts Generating customizable vouchers with specific values, expiration dates, eligible services, and usage restrictions offers salons a straightforward way to reward clients without manual appointment adjustments or workarounds.

Gift Card Vouchers

It would be great to have the ability to attach terms and conditions to the redemption of Gift Vouchers. For example, unable to redeem in the during periods like December, especially if adding value to vouchers during Black Friday.

Can the system be updated to provide easier tracking of gift cards when they are redeemed? Currently, the sales records show that a gift card was used, but they do not clearly display the gift card number or reference code associated with the transaction. Having the gift card number visible in sales reports and transaction history would make it much easier to track gift card usage, investigate discrepancies, verify balances, and audit transactions when needed. This would save time for businesses and improve accountability when managing gift card sales and redemptions. A more detailed gift card tracking system would be a valuable enhancement for reporting and day-to-day operations.

There should be a way to add a minimum purchase amount in order to receive a referral bonus. Bonus would be added at checkout if they spent $XX amount.

Add the option to delete a gift card number from the system or remove a client from the card serial number. We want to reuse gift cards after they’ve been turned in for use so we aren’t throwing out perfectly good gift cards.

Currently, only U.S.-based suppliers are available for custom plastic gift cards, which makes it very expensive for Canadian salons due to exchange rates, shipping, and duties. It would be extremely helpful to have a Canadian supplier option to reduce costs and make custom cards more accessible for Canadian businesses.

Given you can create a note for a voucher it would be helpful if the notes showed on the voucher page in the managers section. We describe packages etc so much easier to determine what we are booking with the voucher.

There should be the option to limit the amount of discount that is given. E.g. if a code is 15% the max. discount is gives to be £20.

Make it possible to email online vouchers that show the client the remaining balance as well as the original purchase balance. It is misleading to the client when it only shows the original purchase amount.
