Not every service that requires pre/post instructions is considered a treatment. Please let us choose the verbiage on these types of automatic emails that go to clients.

Could the blue and green be made more distinct of eachother in colour shade? When they are on the diagram they can look very similar.

When a treatment plan is copied from last appointment, it doesnt show up in the gallery with the new date, or even as a second copy. It can be misleading, at a glance of the gallery, as you might think their last treatment was June for example, however they had the same pattern in October but it wont show up. You'd have to go into each treatment plan to see that. Leaves us more open to errors

the date of birth function is really difficult to use so many older clients simply dont fill it in. can it be changed to a different format to make it easier please

An auto-send immediately after booking would be so great for clients booking same-day appointments so that stylists don't have to manually send them every time.

currently, you can add a photo on the app on a cell phone. It'd be so much easier to be able to upload a photo in the web version of Phorest on a desktop.

The consultation should be able to have the clients down load a picture in there for there current hair and inspiration pictures. My stylist really cry about not having this anymore
