the date of birth function is really difficult to use so many older clients simply dont fill it in. can it be changed to a different format to make it easier please

An auto-send immediately after booking would be so great for clients booking same-day appointments so that stylists don't have to manually send them every time.

We should be able remove pending forms when they are no longer required so if we need to send a new consultation form we can remove the unnecessary forms and only send the Client the relevant forms.

At the moment clients are getting sent a consultation form every single time they change their regular appointment slightly eg. from an express pedicure to a deluxe pedicure, or a half leg wax to a full leg wax. It requires too much unnecessary admin for all, especially when regular clients have multiple services and are often booked in the system under different appointments due to needing a new set of nails rather than their infills for example - just because we need it in the column to see, doesn't mean they should get sent yet another form. Equally, we need a consultation to be sent to clients needing infills who haven't been to us before, but not if they return the next time to have them removed. Please can we have one general form for all clients covering all general treatments that only need completing as often as we wish and not for every slight treatment tweak, and then sperate forms for more complex treatments that need more specific detail.

The consultation should be able to have the clients down load a picture in there for there current hair and inspiration pictures. My stylist really cry about not having this anymore

This is honestly such a basic item, I can't believe it hasn't been closed out. The Video Consultation email template carries the joining link/instruction, so the ability to add customised steps/instructions/message relating the platform, or a customised link to reach a chat would be very useful. The ability to add customised text would also enable feature to be more universal in its usage on various platforms, as Salons would not have to rely on re-defined static links per. Hairdresser.

I cannot believe there are no notification or alert on completion of a consultation form. Are we just meant to add a whole load of admin to front of house by them manually checking if a client has completed their forms? Please can this be updated.
