An email notification to alert when a client has completed thier consultation form to save having to remember to check this manually.

This would be very helpful as it will act as an automatic prompt for staff to check over the form. If a client is for example taking a medication that is contraindicated to treatment or using a product that needs to be avoided pre treatment this will save wasted time in clinic in the event noone has checked the form prior to thr clients arrival.
