Rather than the minimum duration being 1 minute, it should be zero

We have some add-ons that require time (i.e. gel polish removal) but need to be booked in conjunction with an original service and with the original therapist. So, for example, if a client books a manicure and a gel polish removal, separately, what usually happens is the manicure would get booked in a tight spot on one nail tech, and the gel polish removal will get book AFTER the original manicure on a second nail tech. We won't have wiggle room to rearrange this. We created separate services to include the removal time, but this is inefficient. Can you please make add-ons that DO add time and function similarly to the zero minute? It would be great if our nail appointments would have these options pop up for online booking and internal booking as well, to help remind clients to book their gel polish removals, for example, and then only show openings where there's room for both services.

It would be great to have a response just for No-Show’s to send to them after charging them

We were told a year ago when switching to Phorest that guests would have the option to indicate a preferred therapist gender during booking. This hasn't been done and all of our massages have to be built in triplicate so we have each service as "60 minute massage female request" and "60 minute massage male request" and "60 minute massage any therapist" which is clunky and makes our reports harder to sort through as well since we have to combine all massages again. Is there going to be an option to simply let guests select a box to allow a gender preference when booking?

Right now, you can view a trail for all breaks, but it would be really nice to be able to click on the specific break you want to see the trail for and only see the trail for that break, rather than sifting through all staff breaks.

it is very easy to click the wrong option when you are doing something quickly, to avoid this could the one button (referring to the clipboard with arrow button on the right side menu bar) be made into two options?

Can we get alerts when someone specifically requests us on the waitlist...just like we get alerts when someone books with us?

It would be great if there was a button we could click that says the client was called for reminder call and left a message. I usually just type it in the notes section however i feel it would be really convenient if there was a button just like there is to confirm! thank you!

It would be nice to be able to have multiple tabs open so we don't have to exit out of a certain tab we are working on to go to another one. i.e. having the appointment screen up as well as the register as well as the inventory app so we can work on multiple things at once.

It would be great if there was an option for adding someone to the cancelation list from the client card when making an appointment. It would make it so much easier than backing out to add to waitlist
