Desktop Appointment Diary

This would be helpful for being able to remind client for patch tests, we can follow up from appointments etc remind them to rebook! Would be a great tool

Would love a note to pop up on the screen when we have alerts about clients. Example"client needs extra blowdry time" so that when booking it is the first thing we see

create a pop up prompt for clients who have money owing on their account due to no-show or late cancellation fees.

This allows for coaching around services being booked.

Enable the chat feature to allow photos

When booking an appointment it would be great if the RQ button should say Request or New Request or Non request. I would have better tracking of this for our new guests. Is there any plan to make this process more noticeable because now my desk associates might not choose a category for the appointment and in Meevo that was mandatory. Our prior reporting for appointment categories was much more detailed and easier to see who was getting non requests vs non requests because you had to choose the catgory.

Im sure this has been brought up before but we need the option to email a client a payment link for deposits. Clients don't always have the physical card on them or feel unsafe saying card numbers over the phone. The ability to send a deposit link would also mitigate staff forgetting or having to chase up clients who haven't paid. :)

We need a way to flag clients who have history of no showing or late cancelling who need to make pre payment before rebooking can happen. right now we have to banned them and add note on the file so that front desk catches it! but it should just be pop up window say ex. "Jane owes $50 late cancellation fee before rebooking can take place"

An automatic email should be sent out at the time of purchase about expiry dates on vouchers and courses. Then a 6 month reminder to get them booked. This helps stop them contacting you months after their voucher or course has expired demanding a refund or extension.
