When booking an appointment it would be great if the RQ button should say Request or New Request or Non request. I would have better tracking of this for our new guests. Is there any plan to make this process more noticeable because now my desk associates might not choose a category for the appointment and in Meevo that was mandatory. Our prior reporting for appointment categories was much more detailed and easier to see who was getting non requests vs non requests because you had to choose the catgory.
