This makes total sense as at times we need to be in contact with clients. Mostly because when calling a client they don’t always answer but a text message to their phone they do as it can be more convenient for them.

Yes it’s so clunky having to go to chat then search for the client by name. I’m sure most salons use chat daily so hope this gets priority

I've been asking for this feature since joining Phorest as it's an integral part of Customer Services. I'm exploring using Text Anywhere which was the one Premier Software had. It's an excellent system.
