a way of accessing a quick list of upcoming appointments available for staff on desktop

Would like to see appts to NOT be able to be booked during CLOSED salon time. When a team member is OFF work, to not be able to book over top of it. I know there is a question it asks to override, but at times it has been bypassed. Ex, a 12:30am was booked but should have been a 12:30pm. If this would not have allowed due to the salon being closed, this would not have happened.

Ability to add numbing time to a service. Where the provider comes in, applies numbing cream and can appear as available for a designated length of time (but the room remains booked and blocked off) followed by the provider return to carry out the treatment.

I’d love to see pop ups that offer add on services when someone is booking!!

Possibly putting initials on who booked the appointment (NOT in the notes) - possibly see it in the appointment area not the client card

The change log for appointments, especially when appointments are postponed, should be urgently optimized. Currently, the log can only be viewed for the appointment on the respective day. However, as soon as an appointment is postponed, important details are lost — for example, the original creation time of the appointment, as it was assigned to another day. A solution would be desirable in which the **complete record of an appointment is displayed at any time — regardless of whether and how often the appointment was postponed. In this way, the entire history remains transparent and comprehensible.

Limit on treatments for a single member of staff. example I have a rule the beauty staff only do 4 hours of massage a day but once that is filled, there is no way to stop clients booking massage on that day and we have to block out the diary which stops other services being booked in. I would like to set treatments limits to individual staff not block across them all, or blocking them from doing treatment essentially blocking that day with that therapist for a particular treatment after the daily limit has been reached

That would be important information, as not all hairdressers work with a receptionist. Especially with long appointments, it is important to know who I need to talk to.

We use your system daily in our L'Estetica studio and have a suggestion for improvement: Birthdays are currently only visible in the customer profile. However, they easily get lost in stressful everyday life. For our service (z.b: small birthday gifts), it would be very helpful if birthdays could be displayed directly in the schedule as an icon - similar to new customers or online bookings. This would enable us to respond more personally to our customers and significantly improve our service.
