Missing Information - Client Cards
Please can more information be added to client cards? For some reason so much vital information is missing from the client cards which makes any sort of client query extremely difficult to investigate. Payment History All client Payments (Salon or Online) should show in a financials tab on the client card. It's crazy that you cannot see this information here and need to locate a date then click back to Sales and search the name to find a payment or any info regarding it. All client transactions should be linked from Sales within the client card itself. Appointment Trails All movements for a client should show in a Trail Log on the client card itself. The massive long winded process of trying to track what has happened to a clients appointment urgently needs to be shortened. You should be able to see Trail information straight from the Future/Past Booking tab in the client card. This should also include if/when any deposits have been made on it etc. Also this Trail info should show in a large spaced out and easy to understand screen rather than tiny confusing boxes like it is in its current format. Just my two pence. ;) All other softwares make it very easy to view all movements and financials of a client direct in their client card, but Phorest needs you to either click randonly in blank spaces and dummy book/notes/trial to investigate or use a whole other Sales screen in Manager to find any information. Phorest is so good at being less clicks in the software generally except when you need to investigate anything directly for a client. Think you're missing a trick
