Desktop Client Card

When I go to a client file I like to see and know everything about that client. For example if a client has left a review I wold like it to be seen in their client file without having to go through marketing and reviews. If this was actioned it would mean if someone calls to make an appointment with us our staff can say " I can see you left a review Iast month - thank you" or let's say they have left a bad review or weren't happy I can say "I see you left a review and weren't happy with X and we would like to work with you and resolve that on your next visit". Basically we would prefer a whole client picture not part of it. Rebecca

Create a purchase history that shows all services paid for

As a salon owner I want to be able to easily see what clients have been referred to the salon by each client. This helps me verify their referral reward easily and also gives a clear view of how valuable the client is to the salon.

We have some trans, non-binary, gender fluid clients. It seems backwards that there is not a 'not specified' or 'prefer not to say' option. We do not want to completely turn off gender check boxes as we would then be unable to target marketing at the correct audience. Please could you develop this? Thanks

I'd love the ability to check a box that makes client notes pop up in various situations. (like checking out directly from the calendar screen, client search screen, etc.) so that it's not required to open the client/appointment card every single time i want to see a yellow highlighted message. more urgency

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to upload photos of the treatments to the appointment on the PC. This is only possible in Phorest Go. It would be great if the upload function was also possible on the PC.
