I see that the text message was delivered however Is there a way that it can be shown that they opened it or read it? This way we know they received and read the text message.

When on daily schedule and/or on booking need to see who does/doesn't have a card on file.

Some guests are sensitive about birth year and prefer to just provide day and month

At the moment we are adding formulas to the current appointment notes but we also use this section for any notes regarding that appointment or for confirmation notes. This has made it difficult for stylisys to just check their formulas. It would be great if there was a section just for formulas that can also be pulled up on that clients appointment and their ticket.

It would be great if there were a dedicated tab or section for color formulas. We use Vish and it saves our formulas automatically but it saves it in one giant paragraph in the client notes and it makes it very messy and hard to understand.

would love to be able to change the color of the font in client notes in order to see importance of the note or who the note might be intended for such as notes regarding cancellations or no show history would be more relavant for front desk where as product notes would be relevant to service providers

Clients are complaining that when we cancel their appointments they don't get a confirmation of that and leave them having to call and confirm again with us

When I go to a client file I like to see and know everything about that client. For example if a client has left a review I wold like it to be seen in their client file without having to go through marketing and reviews. If this was actioned it would mean if someone calls to make an appointment with us our staff can say " I can see you left a review Iast month - thank you" or let's say they have left a bad review or weren't happy I can say "I see you left a review and weren't happy with X and we would like to work with you and resolve that on your next visit". Basically we would prefer a whole client picture not part of it. Rebecca
