Clients should be able to use AfterPay for booking their appointments, including the deposits and not just at the terminal in store. This attributes to clients not booking in as there isn't a BNPL online option

I would like to be able to add a custom signature to chat messages being sent to a client so they know who they are texting with at the salon.

Clients should have the ability to have various payment options not just on courses. We used to sell so many of our higher end treatments by clients using PayPal. Not just on courses. I feel the options for clients are very limited and can only get an option of klarna if a course of treatments.

Be included on Instagram to book now and be tracked as a lead. Get Timely have this capability. And it would be a big help with bookings.

Create an integration between the provider/stylist calendar and personal Google Calendar. Also, create an integration that runs when an appointment is scheduled and a confirmation is sent to the patient, allowing them to save it in their personal Google Calendar.

It would be great to send friendly reminders to our clients 2-4 hours prior to their appointment Incase they forgot even though they already confirmed!
