Desktop Purchase Screen

It is important for our team to see the product history that includes the cost paid for the item and who sold the item previously. The old purchase screen has this information, the new purchase screen shows a small selection of product history without these details. These details help guide us on crediting the right team member for the sale and future sales. The cost is important for product exchanges and returns, so we are crediting the cost paid originally vs. the cost at the time of exchange or return.

there used to be a button to see the clients past product purchases on the cashout screen and with the new update its gone :( would love to have that back!

Please bring back the button that allows tip allocation BEFORE the sale is considered final and complete. Like it was with the old POS. We end of having to go back in and edit each ticket individually and it is tedious and time consuming. We allocate tips based on service provider, but not all services are done by a provider, like VISH for example, gets rung up under "Salon" to cover extra color costs. Please help!

If there is a deposit on a client's account any future purchase is added to it. It should be a stand-alone entry until the deposit is redeemed. It makes it difficult to separate products and deposit in some cases.

We allow clients the option to the assistant who washed their hair. However, we can only provide this option if we charge the client $0.01, is there any way this could be fixed. There are also instances in which we have to add the assistant separately from the service, in this case we have to charge the client a minimum of a $1.00 in order to give them the option to leave a tip.

When a product is returned, please add a pop up that asks whether to add back into inventory, or make no changes to inventory.
