Desktop Purchase Screen

In the event you need to change the price or add products, it is quite tedious to have to back out of that window upon checkout. We have the prompts to rebook and generate treat cards, so we do the single click to check out. We like to double check price matches the ticket before we proceed to payment.

There should be no ability to cash out future appointments. This creates major operational and reporting issues and makes no logical sense in a real-world salon environment. Cashing out should only be possible for appointments on current day, once services have actually been delivered.

Can we add an in-house deposit for a different client's future appointment to an existing appointment checkout, so the customer only taps their card once and both payments are allocated correctly?

When making a sale in Phorest, it would be good to have an option to add notes to the sales transaction instead of adding it on the the appointment note.

When scanning used stock through at pos, we should not have to click to highlight the barcode box each time, this should happen automatically. When scanning it should automatically add one of that item to the list and there would be no need for a count box to appear, when more than one if the same item is scanned it should automatically add to the count. this would reduce so many unnecessary steps and speed things up dramatically. The same features should be added when entering an order

Please can we have a deposit refund button at point of sale. The current system of having to go back into the appointment, delete the service to refund the despot and then re add the service to check out is so backward! We are accidentally refunding clients because of this process

It's helpful to be able to quickly write the remaining balance on the back of the gift card for the client to remember how much of a balance is left.

When a client makes a repeat product purchase it is often put under another therapists name, even though they weren't the one to have recommended/sold the product initially. This makes therapist commissions inaccurate, as therapists are being incorrectly paid for sales which are not actually theirs. Currently, the only way around this is to regularly check through every single individually sale at the end of the week, to make sure all product sales have been assigned to the therapist that originally recommended the product. It's very frustrating and extremely time consuming. Please Phorest, change the software so that when a product is scanned, it automatically puts the sale under the therapist that originally sold the product.

When checking out your client, you're prompted to rebook. When you complete booking the future appointment, you are left on the future appointment date/appointment page. It would be great to have a button to take you directly back to today's checkout/invoice.
