Desktop Purchase Screen

Please, please, please can we remove the professional products from the retail sales page. They are not retail products and are not for sale! At the very least, if the toggle can be set to 'retail' and then people can adjust to include professional (though I can't see why this function would be needed at all!). It is so confusing for the retail / reception staff and so easy for mistakes to be made

Since we setup with Phorest Tips, our team are missing out on tips that clients would like to leave by using their card, but are actually paying for their services with vouchers. Is there a 'Tip' tab that can be added to the purchase screen that will allow clients just leave a tip using their card via the payment terminal, without us having to enter the amount? This was a concern of a client today; they didn't like the idea of us at the desk knowing how much they were leaving in tips!

It can become quite confusing, as the Client Card currently shows that a deposit has been paid. When subsequent purchases are made, the total amount of those purchases is deducted from the deposit. Ideally, deposits should be displayed and managed in a separate section to avoid confusion. Bea Heyes

If giving discounts, the system should be able to handle that items are not sold below cost price. example purchase cost ex vat is =€100 20% Markup = €20 client purcahses for €120 ex vat Vat = €27.60 on €120 Total cost Client €147.60 now if we apply a 40% discount on the €147.60 Discount = €59.04 Cleint new purchase price is €88.56 Business is loosing money now. phorest records the sales as below. Sales €72 ex vat Vat €16.56 the system should not allow sales to go through at below cost. it should allow item to be sold at €100 ex vat what the business bought the product for.

It would be good to be able to check prices of retail item, as we do not put prices on them. Right now we have to pretend to purchase in order to find out the price. It should just be a simple price scan, no inventory adjustment etc

If there was an option to hide all professional/backbar items from the purchase screen, to ensure that no one is accidentally selecting a professional/backbar item while checking out a customer. It would be awesome if this screen only showed retail items as options to select.

Please, we need the an invoice option to send out to the clients. Instead of "Generate Quote" Can you all adjust that button to where the clients are able to pay that quote via email or something. This is really messing us up not having this option.... PLEASE
