Desktop Purchase Screen

You used to be able to see a client's retail purchase history on the till screen and be able to add products from there. This no longer seems to be available. You also have to add each retail product individually which is very time consuming.

A guest may be booked in for a particular service, but when they arrive at the salon they may have a different service performed. Currently, we have to change the appointment in the appointment book screen to reflect the changes (upgrades/changes/downgrades) before we can pay the appointment. Could we please have the ability to make the changes in the pay screen, and in turn this then update the appointment book to reflect what has actually been charged for. If the stylists forget to change the appointment before paying we get left with appointments that are checked in but never appearing as paid.

It would be great if we could prompt certain clients notes at checkout. We can prompt notes at check in, but checkout would also be helpful.

It would be nice if you could attach notes to specific transactions like refunds or payments in a similar way that you attach notes to appointments. Then it would also be helpful to see full transactions on a client profile as well with those notes

Add products/services to the bill and save this until they are ready to pay. Having to add services and retail again every time you are done with a ticket (not checked out) - can we have the ability to save changes.

Please can we have a deposit refund button at point of sale. The current system of having to go back into the appointment, delete the service to refund the despot and then re add the service to check out is so backward! We are accidentally refunding clients because of this process

in the sales screen, there is an option to search logged in staff (for the front desk) to see who checked out the appointment but I think it would be much more beneficial to have a search for the service providers or staff whos performing services. That way we could quickly go through someone's clients in the sales screen

It would be extremely helpful if we were able to do multiple gift cards of the same dollar amount in one transaction without having to individually type each gift card number out. For example be able to give the number of the first gift card and enter how many gift cards we need and the amount we want on them and have the software generate the rest of the numbers for us.

It would be helpful to have a gift card balance indicator on the pay screen similar to the account/course/treatcard buttons that are currently displayed. It would aid in a better clients experience.

Need ability to audit items checked out incorrectly in new sales screen. Example: We audit tickets every 2 weeks before payroll and need to go in and edit ticket items when they are rung up under the wrong service provider, or if the tip is allocated to the wrong person, etc.. sometimes we need to edit the item as it was rung up under the incorrect one. We also have stylists that tip share a portion of their tips before payroll and have us go in and allocate a specified amount to another stylist. We do this with our associates and shampoo techs. In any case, we need the ability to go in and edit a line item or tip allocation in the new sales screen. We do not need to edit amount owed or due. In new sales it says we cannot edit a ticket from a closed till. In old sales we can go in any time and fix the mistakes and click pay to close out the ticket again. Please fix it so we can use the new sales screen and still continue to fix our tickets when needed. Or at least give the option to temporarily open a previous til for edits.
