this feature needs to come with an auto cancel if not paid, to cut down on appointments not having deposits and no shows. I can't be checking and chasing all these bookings, the system needs to look after them and notify clients its been cancelled

We loved this feature when we had client diary - theirs works better than timely too. Just FYI. It made taking deposits so streamline. also having the ability to adjust the deposit and/or see the total expected deposit pop up when booking the appointment also made it super functional and customisable but would always have a default deposit setting based on what the back end set up. BUT there was no way of being able to track who had or had'nt paid their deposit other than a symbol that would appear on the calendar. So being able to quickly view the deposits links that went out for each day would also be handy with a feature to resend or something like that?
