Many of our new clients online book, but it doesn't prompt them or auto opt them in for SMS marketing, and we don't notice that they're not opted out when they check out because there's no popup like there used to be, or like there is when we add them into the system manually. Can this be changed? The majority of our new guests are going without SMS marketing and then we have to ask the Phorest support team to opt them all in manually each year.
