When clients book in over instagram or text it would be helpful to be able to send a link to pay their deposit

It'd be good to be able to add certain restrictions to services such as: Certain days of the week only Between specific times only Existing or approved clients only Some of our services can only booked after a face-to-face consultation, however we've had to take them down to avoid them being booked by clients that have not had one. For marketing purposes it'd be good if they were still visible, but only bookable if the client has a consultation in their appointment history. And also to restrict when the service is bookable, for example Mon-Wed 10am-1pm only.

THERE REALLY NEEDS TO BE A CLEAR AND CONCISE NOTIFICATION OF THE COMPLETION PROCESS FOR ONLINE BOOKING. WE HAVE HAD MORE PEOPLE COMING IN WITH APPOINTMENTS THAT THEY HAVE BOOKED ONLINE AND THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE PROCESS. THEY ARE NOT HAPPY WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE AN APPOINMENT.

We need a turn on/off button for services we don't want booked online under certain stylists. It would be nice to select under each stylist what services we want them to be bookable online. Most of our stylists can do pretty much all the services we offer but some don't want clients to be able to book certain appointments online but rather have them call the salon and book directly.

While we can check the voucher code history to see when a voucher was redeemed, it would be very helpful if the voucher code entered could also be displayed in the Sales Transaction Details view, similar to how the last four digits of a card number are shown. This is because some customers have multiple vouchers and may not remember which one they entered.

Is there a way to add a "coupon or voucher code" spot, when a client makes an on-line appointment, if we want to give out vouchers or coupons for a complimentary service, so the client doesn't have to make a deposit or enter CC information, when booking the appointment and so we don't have to turn off the deposit feature for new clients, booking a new appointment?

It would be so much better if a clients services added to 'basket' timed out after a few hours or even after 24hours! Several times clients have said they couldn't see availability online when we know we had slots available! When looking on the clients app, we could see there was another service still in their basket that they had added weeks a go, they didn't realize it was still selected!! We have had this happen multiple times and bet it happens a lot more than we are aware of, which would be loosing bookings because clients think we don't have availability!!
