Legally if there is a booking fee, this can be kept if client doesn't turn up. A deposit can be challenged. This helps when we have events to cover cost of goodie bags given when clients book on the night and protects us from loses if they cancel

I’d love it that you have the option for a client to cancel their own appointment even on the day and the system automatically tells them that they will get charged as per the t&c’s then get them to agree to it and the system automatically charged their card. If they do not agree to it then the appointment will not be cancelled. It’s hard to get staff to adhere to the cancellation policy’s as they don’t like having awkward conversations. The same could be set up for rescheduling appointments within the t&c’s.

It would be helpful if a guest can see their remaining gift card balance on their account VIA the app.

We need to be able to create specific codes for partners so they can book online and receive a discount for introductory reasons

Many of our clients not using the reschedule option, instead simply do a new booking and we are loosing the original slot, systems should bring an option to each salon to decide if any clients has an existing booking that client can not initiate a new booking with the same service within a certain time period. My suggestion to give option to the salons and let them decide what is their own rebooking policy: example 3 days / 7 days / 10 days ???? With this solution we could reduce the duplicate bookings / we could reduce the frequency of not shows and we could force properly the client to use the reschedule feature correctly.

When a client books online and uses a voucher, you cannot currently view the voucher they have used on the booking screen, client card, wallet or sales screen. This is causing us issues with clients not knowing what vouchers they have used, trying to use expired vouchers and us not being able to cross check vouchers that have been used on our own system. I really can't understand how or why it doesnt show what vouchers guests are using!?

As a patient, I use the booking system/app “Doctolieb.” There is a function that patients can select, if an appointment earlier than booked is available, they will receive a message as to whether they want to rebook the appointment. So doctor's office can avoid having spontaneous free time. also for patients who wanted to be treated earlier. It would be great to be able to implement this function at Phorest as well.

Clients have requested the option to pay for the appointment in full when booking online.

Users should be able to choose from a variety of templates tailored to different occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) and have the ability to further personalize the design by customizing or uploading an image of their choice.
