When clients receive their appointments, they should be able to add this to their phone calendar. This would be another reminder and a lot of my clients have asked if this can be done.

Being able to limit the number of certain treatments (e.g. massage) a day for a specific therapist, so they do not get booked up back to back.

Some clients have a gift voucher for the full amount of the service they are booking. When booking online, it would be great if they could use this voucher towards the booking deposit, rather than paying with a credit/debit card and then looking for this to be refunded when they arrive with the gift voucher.

Clients are having a difficult time finding the person 2 button, or booking their child or spouse online. Can you have a feature where a client can add family member or have a place to change the name on the appointment.

Can you create a cap in the amount of time per day a Therapist can accept Massage appointments on the online booking system?

The Salon Branded App should have a link to our website so clients can easily view and learn more about our services before booking

Be able to select the date the email goes out for the E VOUCHER sold online to the person receiving it

It would be great if we could create a discount code that our clients can enter using the Phorest online booking system. For example - 'SPOOKY10' a halloween offer that clients can use for 10% off all online bookings for a set period of time. I know there is a discount for the online shop - but would be great to see this for the online services. It will help us to engage more clients with bookings straight from our monthly newsletter especially when we are having a quiet spell. Thank you!

It would be great if we could also give clients an option to buy a gift voucher for a service. Be able to send it to the purchaser for them to pass onto the recipient as an option too.

Is there a way we can set up in the system if a client does not confirm their appointment 24hrs prior to their appointment, then the appointment slot will be lost? Also is there a text facility where we can text individual clients to keep our communications open? The previous platform we used (Cosmedcloud) had a text inbox, this would also allow us to send 10-12 week reminders
