Currently the waitlist only notifies the salon when an appointment for a client on the waitlist becomes available by flashing in the slot on the screen. This could be easy to miss if we at the salon are viewing a day that's different from when the available slot is. It makes more sense for the client to be notified so that they can reach out to us and confirm whether or not they'd like to take the appointment.

I have multiple clients cancelling their appointment to book again within minuets. Therefor more card fees as there deposit for the one appointment gets refunded then and extra payment taken… please can a box pop up and say are you sure you want to cancel - reschedule here…

On my old booing system there was a section at the top that showed the next two days last minute availability. This worked really well as clients would regularly visit this if they just fancied a last minute treat, instead of searching for a specific appointment.

I recently noticed another business that uses Fresha - when making an online booking - you click on the service you want to book and a prompt automatically opens in a strong blue colour (so you can't miss it) stating - want to make this a course? Buy x and receive a 15% discount. I'm unsure if this is something we currently have - I know there are the linked add ons but couldn't see anyway of prompting to purchase multiple services?

When an sms or email is sent to a client either through automation, campaigns, or chat the client also receives a notification on the app and can read and reply to the communication in the app.

would like to be able to log a discount code when booking online - you can set on for products on the online shop but not for appointments.

Can we limit the amount of treatments gets in a day i.e massage? It's not good for a therapist to be booked back to back with massages and obviously a client can't see how many massages a therapist has had in that day

I would like to enquire whether it is possible to remove the therapist selection option from our online booking system. Our goal is for clients to choose their treatment and preferred appointment time, while the therapist is assigned automatically based on availability. We would like to prevent clients from selecting or requesting a specific therapist during the online booking process.
