When someone books any hair service at all, there should be an option that pops up and says “would you like to add on this service” (haircut, for example). Lots of other booking systems have this option

Allow for a colour service to have duration, development time and finishing service all in one.

We have just started using the 2 way texting, would be good for appointments to automatically confirm when they respond with y or yes..

I wish each service would show the price range like $25-75 instead of just at the end when they confirm the appt.

Most platforms require an email or phone number authentication before creating an account to avoid scams and fake profiles. Phorest lacks this security and it is costing salon owners money. I suggest ensuring new clients get sent an authentication code to their email or mobile so we can verify it is not fake. It's common practice. Thank you

When a client books a service , it would be very helpful to have an add on button pop up, with thing that they can add to what they have currently booked. Such as, if someone books a haircut, and it popped up asking if they would like to add a conditioning treatment or a brow wax to that appointment. This will increase our bookings!

When clients are booking online and a valid patch test is needed they have to tick a box to say they know they need one but it should force them to book one. We spend a lot of time chasing clients up they need patch tests. Also need different patch tests for different services. For example a client has a valid patch test for hair it will allow them to book a lash lift which is a different patch test

for years we’ve been asking and for years it’s been promised for ‘next year’ the simplest of booking online with a gift voucher to secure an appointment, many other booking systems offer this and it’s truly frustrating for the client and us that this cannot be done, especially when we are a small team with no receptionist. I asked the question again at last years summit and asked the reason behind phorest not listening thinking it must be financial as they’d potentially loose out of the booking fee that’s when they said no it’s coming this year, needless to say i didn’t. I didn't bother asking again this year … It’s even more frustrating that such a fantastic referral scheme has been launched using the voucher method and guess what shiny new clients that have been referred fall at the first part of our client journey as they can use their voucher to secure an appointment, very frustrating Please can we have this feature it would make life so much easier for both us and our clients

We do many weddings and our old system let you send the bride an invoice to be paid online for things like, booking deposit and day of wedding services. I would like to be able to send an invoice that can be paid online prior to the event. Therefore the client doesn't have to physically come into the salon to make their final payment.

The online booking page needs more features, it is very boring. It would be nice to have more customizable options
