Would love to be able to set certain fields that new client must fill out when booking an online appointment. Birthdays ( for identification but also gifting programs) Postcode (collecting stats on demographics) How the heard about us ( helps us be prepared for the appointment) also making the notes section a little more prominent would help.

Many of our clients have been asking for calendar integration to sync their appointments directly with their personal calendars (Google, Apple, Outlook, etc.). Implementing this feature would significantly help reduce no-shows and improve appointment management. Could you please prioritize addressing this matter or provide an update on when calendar integration might be available

Allow service categories and services to be dragged and dropped in any order. Currently, services are alphabetically ordered so I have to number them but once I have more than 9 categories or services, there's no other option to organize them.

It would be useful if it were possible for you to generate discount codes yourself, which you can then enter when booking online and can also limit time and/or quantities, e.g. from-to, only valid on:, the first 10, etc. This would make it much easier to start on social media campaigns.

I’d like to suggest adding a feature that allows us to run exclusive, time sensitive specials for example, a promotion only available for July 4th. We would love the option to: Set up special offers that can only be purchased during a specific time frame (e.g., only on July 4th), regardless of the appointment date. OR That's why we need promo codes that clients can use to redeem a discount on specific services, valid only on selected dates. This would help us better promote holiday sales, increase engagement, and drive purchases during special events.

We are setting up all of our Series and noticed that it isn't an option to purchase these Series Packages online. I think that this would be beneficial to salons if people were able to purchase these online, just like gift cards, and not have to make an appointment. They can make the appointments in the future using what they have already purchased.

When selecting a service on our booking site, clients do not see the expected duration, which makes it difficult for them to plan accordingly. It would be great if the duration of the service was under ''see info.''

It would be great if we could restrict new clients from booking certain services. Here is an example: we offer express cuts for shorter haircuts. it would be nice that we can list it online but only clients who have had the service before can book it. The same would be true for an express hair colour service.

Please, please, please can we bring in a function that restricts the amount of hours of massage appointments that can be booked with individual therapists per day. The only way we can restrict this at the moment is greying out their column, but it means no other treatments can book in with them. It isn't fair that overnight therapists can suddenly have multiple hour massage bookings come in.

In our old system we had options for the text messages about the appointments go send one when they booked appointment, one to confirm appointment and another a couple hours before. Clients are missing appointments due to not receiving as many texts about their appointments
