Update to Smart Booking Option

I love the smart booking option, however, we only want that to be affective for backing up appointments to already existing appointments to avoid random gaps in the middle of the day. With smart booking turned on, guests are going on to book on completely empty days, needing a specific time, and it is only offering them 9 AM. If the day is empty, it would be nice for the guest to be able to book whenever they want, and then following bookings after that can be offered backed against that one.

In my last software it allowed us to set a “preferred booking interval” for each provider so it was like the Phorest smart scheduling but offered more options and also allows guests to book against breaks too. For example. We have a 20 minute clean up time after a 60 minute massage. Because 60 minutes is our most common service time and 80 minutes is the total time required (60 plus 20 recovery) we had it set at 80 minutes for all massage therapists. Then on an open day it left gaps of at least 80 minutes to allow for people to get an hour massage booking.

I needs to follow the red line so it offers the next available time in the day or say 1 hr after the red line ( current time) or something like that- the top and bottom booking is great but on not busy days it’s hard to ma fill

auf gar keinen Fall. Das ist ja der Sinn der intelligenten Buchungsoption - wenn der Kunde mitten am Tag buchen kann, entstehen auf jeden Fall Lücken.
