Need the option to send notifications to clients when their appointment is cancelled. Currently no notifications are sent when cancelled by the business.

Need to be able to send confirmation and reminder to client for both clients . Phone number needs to be "active" on both clients file

Can you please solve the 1 minute appointment slot error, when services are separated through packages. Thanks

Especially now that you can copy the link for individual services, clients need to always be able to see where they are booking for throughout the entire online booking process. Example: if I am promoting a new service on social media, I want them to be able to click this link, open the new tab, and clearly visually confirm they are booking for "City A" when viewing the widget in any format.

When clients are booking online and a valid patch test is needed they have to tick a box to say they know they need one but it should force them to book one. We spend a lot of time chasing clients up they need patch tests. Also need different patch tests for different services. For example a client has a valid patch test for hair it will allow them to book a lash lift which is a different patch test

Many of our new clients online book, but it doesn't prompt them or auto opt them in for SMS marketing, and we don't notice that they're not opted out when they check out because there's no popup like there used to be, or like there is when we add them into the system manually. Can this be changed? The majority of our new guests are going without SMS marketing and then we have to ask the Phorest support team to opt them all in manually each year.

Can we have a way to cancel 1 service of a multi-service online booking, so that we carry the deposit from the cancelled service on to the other booked service, rather than refunding that part of the deposit as this takes a week to get back to the client. They'd rather it was just kept as part of the deposit on that booking.

It would be great if we could have the option to allocate discount codes for certain services only. For example, with our current software, we can allocate a discount code to specific products/services only.

When we increase the price of a service, it is not automatically adjusted on service packages already booked in the diary. i.e. Wash, Cut & Blow Dry. If we change the price of a Wash & Blow Dry, the appointments already in the diary for just this service are updated to the new price. However packages (Wash, Cut & Blow Dry) are not.

Hi, I am raising an issue with the special offers setup. We have got a special offers with multiple services and we are left frustrated as it does not give the customers booking this online the option to book with a certain stylist or see the prices of different stylists.
