Would love the ability to recommend specific services within the treatment plan that has a direct ability to book the recommended services. Would also love the ability to add product "expert recommendations" to the treatment plan and also schedule email send from there or "add to universal cart" as well.

Can you please look into gift vouchers being sold as a service. Clients don't won't to just purchase $$$ value. They prefer to give a gift of a facial or something special for someone. I know Timely has this option is phorest going to change this to, to do both ways?

It would be awesome to have a human body outline so people can indicate where they are experiencing pain

It would be helpful to have photos uploaded into forms for new color clients

It would be great if on a form you could make certain information required. E.g. DOB, address and medical information as some clients just don't complete it properly and there is no way to make something required apart from the online booking option which only gives you phone number and email.

It would be great if a technician received a reminder alert after a certain amount of time if they did not (or forgot) to leave client notes after an appointment.

When accepting a consultation form if it is changing the client's name a pop up should show the staff member that a major change is taking place. We have elderly clients and the forms are being completed by loved ones who also come to the salon, they are filling in the form for the other person with their own information.

Would love the option to receive an email when a client has submitted their consultation. We recently automated sending the form but we forget to check for updates. I also like the idea someone else had to put a badge on the appointment to indicate it’s been completed.
