Would love the option to receive an email when a client has submitted their consultation. We recently automated sending the form but we forget to check for updates. I also like the idea someone else had to put a badge on the appointment to indicate it’s been completed.

Ability to send messages to clients before and after treatments explaining pre & po s care and include product suggestions.

It would be great if a technician received a reminder alert after a certain amount of time if they did not (or forgot) to leave client notes after an appointment.

Allow multiple forms to be assigned to a single service for when we need different forms

In our consultation forms we have the question of where they heard about us it would be great if it automatically added it to client card.

The S.O.A.P. notes would only be accessed by the therapist, do to HIPPA.

I feel that it would make more sense to be able to manually choose the consultation form you need to use, as opposed to having it pre-set to the services on our service list. I think this would work better because for instance, we use the service 'Consultation' for a variation of things, i.e. colour consultation or first visit consultation, and we aren't able to use more than one consultation form with this. It automatically links a consultation form with it. I just feel it would work better for it to give you the option to choose from your list of consultation forms in use.

Notifying reception when client hasn’t filled in forms

It would be helpful if we could send our new clients the consult forms from our desktop and not just from the app. Also, if it sent us an email or something to us know they completed the form. Not all of the front desk people have access to the app.
