It would be great to have the ability to send a customizable survey after each apt that aligns with our service wheel. Instead of a general feedback request using the reviews, this would include a specific, client friendly questions for each part of the experience. Ideally, it would allow custom questions (ratings, yes/no, short answer), tie responses to the stylist and service, and provide simple reporting so we can track performance, coach our team, and improve consistency and retention. It would also be nice if when they took it, it would give them reward points.
