Me and our manager in January sat down and added staffs requested time off to the roster along with giving staff roughly one in every four Saturdays off. Recently the manager changed the some of the staff working days and times and updated it in bulk. It automatically overrides all the holiday leave and Saturdays off without any prompt. unfortunately we now have clients that have to be contacted and changed and one of our busiest stylists now can no longer take one of her Saturdays that she was set to be off due to having a full column.
Can a way be added that you are prompted the same way you would be if you were taken a staff member off the roster and it would notify you that they have appointments in for that particular day/time. Or even a feature that locks certain days/time or that can not be updated without a pin.
