Please can you list the consultation forms by list rather than boxes on Form Settings. You can't read the name of the forms which is the only information you are looking for on this page. Big Icon boxes showing the same picture of a sheet of paper is a total waste of space. You are looking for the name of the consultation form you want to amend here but only get 12 letters because of the pointless logo image. Makes it extremely hard to know which ones you are clicking when you have multiple consultation forms noted accross different sites. Thank you
