I’d like to look up a report on new clients from say January for example. See if they’ve returned and how many times.

Allow us to "favorite" reports to easily find reports that we use frequently.

Why do the retention reports start at MARCH 2023?????

A - Why are clients coming up as lost IF they have a future appt. B - If you are going to include those clients we need a column with their future dated appt so we don't accidentally call them. Currently we have to look up every client on the list and see IF they have a future appointment. Can we save us the time and incorporate this please. Thank you!

We would love a report that shows all clients with no future appointment- categorised into hair and beauty categories.

It would be great if a “no show” didn’t affect your rebooking percentage! I noticed I had a no show and realized that Phorest still counts it as a “client.” On a day where my percentage should have been 100% because I rebooked 3 out of the 3 clients I had, it was at 75% because it counted my no show as a client! And if a client comes in on your day off and buys product, that shouldn’t affect your rebooking!

There are reports we need for several things and we have to go into several reports to pull the data and then add that info together on separate workbooks of our own making. For instance, we would like a report for clients where we can sort and filter in/out data that we want to see; birthdays, last visit, banned or archived, etc. Furthermore, we would like easier reports to see who is new, when they came, who they saw, etc.

You need to find a way to seperate sales from services to allow for accurate reporting of rebooking! We had a therapist last week only service 3 clients but also sold product to 6 other people (2 were walk in ) and they count all 9 as clients which means this therapist would never be able to achieve 100% rebooking as 66% of these clients never had a service and were not even going to book a future appointment as they were buying gifts only! this is very disappointing as we left Timely due to poor reporting but only to continue to find that the reporting with phorest is probably worse

Would it be possible to have a report that shows the average time per service (even per stylist). This would be from check in to cash out so we can make sure timing is properly adjusted in the system. Example: a hair cut in the system is booked for 1 hour. Sally the stylist only takes 45 min on average from check in to cash out according to this report. From this we will know that we can change the timing for Sally’s future appointments to 45 min from 1 hour and be able to book in 1 extra appointment every 4 hours.

Right now I have to compile 2 reports to do payroll. Payroll reports now only show commissions/tips. It should include employees who clock in and clock out- Front desk and other help, Commissions and tips. It would be great if it showed every providers total sales by day/commissions/tip. / hours worked by day -for clocked in employees. then totals for that pay period.
