would love to see side by side numbers per team member in all their various service offerings

we need a report to pull for employee hire dates and notifications for their anniversary

I love Phorest, but reporting continues to be one of the areas I find most frustrating. The Financial Totals report is a great example of what works well. It is clear, simple, and gives me the important numbers right on the screen. I would love to see more reports designed that way. With many other reports, I have to download a CSV, Excel file, PDF, or another file just to get the information into a format I can actually use. Some reports include far more information than I need, while customized reports can be too limited—for example, not providing totals where they are needed. It would be extremely helpful to have more options directly within each report: choose which information is displayed, sort it in different ways, see totals on screen, and create a clean printable version without having to export the report first. I understand there may be limitations with the current reporting platform, but reporting is such an important part of managing a salon that I would love to see this area continue to evolve.

I'm trying to find a way to run a particular kind of report that we used to be able to do easily. Right now the current client retention report only allows us to see clients that do or do not return within a certain window. The information that I want is the name, contact info, and date of last session booked for all clients with no appointments booked in the future and I want to be able to filter it by practitioner. The purpose of creating this report is so that the practitioners are able to reach out to their clients directly, so I don't want it to simply be in the marketing section of Phorest. We've done segmented emails that way, but it's limiting because we can only see the clients if they have opted into marketing. I'm having a hard time finding any way to generate lists of client information in the regular reports area, so I don't know if this is something that Phorest does, but I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

I need a report to print that breaks up stylist earnings by month but is all on one nice report.

When we have staff cashing up they automatically see the entire days reports that have other team members figures on there, Please update this so they can cash up but dont see the entire report as unfair to other staffs private information and also privacy for the salon

It would be amazing to track these numbers. 1- Waitlist # vs conversion of these waitlist people 2- Effective gap filling. example how many hours avilable at the start of the day vs how many were filled by the end of the day. reason for this is if the front of house is very good at converting appointments for the now it utilises the most pressing time and frees up future times. It also helps with clients finding other options at other salons. 3- Also the revenue recovered from filling these most urgent time slots..

I’d like to request a report that shows how many clients have stopped coming, including their names, the date they stopped, and their total spending, so we can track retention and contact them with targeted promotions.

Monthly starff service total columns have inaccurate totals based on the the individual service category break down below the net total. This is related to the membership services that are being aded to the overall service totals but they don't have a memebrship services row item. Ie "Sylist A" could be showing totals of $5000 but if you add their service break down it may only add up to $4000 because membership services have been added to the top total but theres no service category for it. I had what seemed like $3100 in discrepancies this past month only to figure it our that its the memberships.

I would like to see the treatment breakdown. It doesn't break the services down?
