Option to generate your own reports with different categories. This allows salon owners to view the data they need in one place instead of generating multiple reports.

I would really like to see a report that can pull up the percentage of your clients that have colour. I know the national average is 35% so i would love to know where my business sits and if i need to increase. many thanks

Consistency in how Staff Names are listed Across Reports. Some reports are ordered by first name, others by last name, and others by sales or performance metrics. This makes reports harder to review and reconcile. Having a consistent format—or the option for the salon owner to choose the listing order, as with inventory—would make reporting and bookkeeping much easier. Can we have the option for how the names are listed? Calendar Week dates start on different days for different reports: Can we have the CHOICE what day of the week we start on? Custom dates start with the year first YY/MM/DD: Can we have the option for MM/DD/YY (it’s easier to read)

The comparative figures in the reports are not very meaningful because they are always compared with the directly previous comparative period. These comparative values are only meaningful and meaningful if December is compared with December of the previous year and not with November of the same year!

The only report which shows sick time is 'Staff working Days & Days off' This only gives a Total. this doesn't give nearly enough detail. It should list the dates off sick, and ideally, when marking someone sick, there should be at least be a notes input field to flag recurring problems. and as a side note, the report gives incorrect figures, we have a member of staff worked 21 hours over 2 days. Your staff performance report is including taxes in your service and retail totals - the taxes should not be included in these numbers. We pay retail bonuses on the service to sales and retail totals - they should not include the taxes - we don't want to pay bonuses on taxes.

Needs to show client name, service(s), date(s), stylist name, amount spent. sorry I didn't look at the report further...after the initial disappointment......Nice to have an email list that we can email directly from the report?

We need to be able to pull a report for retail/product sales for each service provider - I cannot find any report anywhere that will pull those numbers

I would love ability to delete out columns that we don't use like series/series commission, total days off etc. this would help provide more space for me to see what I would need!
