Reports

A timekeeping report that can be pulled & filtered for all or select employees with date range selection for easier time card edits. We could sort and edit these transactions from the report as well.

Option to generate your own reports with different categories. This allows salon owners to view the data they need in one place instead of generating multiple reports.

With over 60 + service providers, there is currently no way to run a simple report to show me staff name, date range, total retail units sold, total retail dollars sold, by retail brand or all brands. I don't want to run a 200 page report, just 2 or 3 pages listing service providers giving an easy way to track retail and run some incentives

PLEASE create a report that has more perimeters so that the tip report can be ran for specific days and times as well as per service provider.

We would like to have a report that tells us if a gift card was purchased online or in the salon.

Would be great to have a report option to see the staff logged-in times, system pin access and regular password access.

Pulling my hair out trying to run a report on the clients who have been in the salon more than 2 times in the last 6 months! It gives me ALL the clients that have been in in the last 6 months AND ALL the clients that have been in more than 2 times. That's not the report I want. Please help!

Every week getting an email with "here's what someone else had to say about something on Phorest you may or may not use yourself" is not very interesting. But getting an email with "Here are the feedback items we've closed/resolved/made updates base on your feedback" would be a LOT more interesting, because this space always feels like a Black Hole where everyone puts their 2 cents in and then we are lucky if we ever anything about it ever again.

There are critical business key metrics we track across our salons but they're scattered across multiple dashboards and reports. What I would love to be able to do is customize a home dashboard which shows all these metrics in one place.

Needs to show client name, service(s), date(s), stylist name, amount spent. sorry I didn't look at the report further...after the initial disappointment......Nice to have an email list that we can email directly from the report?
