Current reports tell us how many color services we performed, and we can see how many dollars in color we did. It would also be very useful for us to know how many unique guests we served in a period who received a color service. Some guests received more than one color service in a visit, so counting services does not help in this instance. Knowing the percentage of unique guests receiving a color service gives us a true picture of where we are and where we need to go. It shows us the true opportunity.
