It would be good to have more filters on which report are available for Manager, e.g. can view dashboard but not look at the commission reports

Allow the ability to exclude a service category from commission calculations. For instance, if a staff member cuts a family member’s hair, we don’t charge them but we want to be able to calculate what they would have made, productivity, etc.

I would love a report that has all the items I fill in every month for my business as SSBC coaches to. I miss my business goals by month report and staff goals by month report from Envision that lists each metric on the left and each month of the year with metrics filled and a totals column at end. Here's a picture!

I don't want staff to access ALL reports, therefore they cannot view their own performance. When using their own pin, they should be able to see how they are performing by day/week/month versus a target, or their commission. They should be able to look at this anytime. We can do this in our other salon (using shortcuts) and it really works! This would save me lots of time in reporting it back to them each week myself, and help when running incentives or competitions too.

Would love to be able to autogenerate reports to be sent via email daily for prior day

Allow us to grant access to particular reports/sections to our team as some of the reports are very beneficial for them to be able to generate but we don't want to grant them access to all information on the business

Who has bought a certain product in a date range (or anytime) so we can market to that group of clients. Retail can make a huge difference to a business, especially in these difficult trading times. In my opinion this should be a priority as a function that would help grow our retail side of the business.

We have a complication that is likely to jeopardize the roll out of larger chains. Essentially needing a tweak to an existing access setting. Currently SiteA, SiteB, SiteC Emp1 Access to Phorest SiteA, SiteB, but NOT SiteC (zero access in SiteC) When providing the Emp1 with access to Multi_Branch Reports Expectation: Emp1 can see both SiteA and SiteB, but not SiteC Actual Behaviour: Emp1 can see SiteA, SiteB and SiteC Need the Access "Multi-Branch' option to check the users access to the branches when providing/drawing the reports and exclude those branches they have no access to. It would go ALONG way to assisting Phorest down the line with large multisite groups? ie: Franchisees who own a group of branches within a larger business.
