I am sick of clients disputing cancellation charges, and deposits with their bank. And losing. I hear of other payment processors and softwares like square back up their clients and fight for them. It feels like I shouldn't even have policies because they never get stood behind and I always end up losing the dispute and paying a fee on top of it over a month after the stylist has already been paid for it. We really need a way on the back end to change the verbiage to say booking fee and I with how much we pay per month why are they not supporting us? When disputing the dispute, I spend an hour sending in communication, reminders, I even have forms of signatures stating policies and we always lose. I can't figure out what is wrong or if it's a losing battle. We need help or I need to try other softwares.
