They are SO HELPFUL for marketing! Can we please add these?

Is there a way to link direct to Google vs Phorest reviews? I feel like we have hit a wall and clients aren't taking that step to Google as much as they have in the past. I'm seeing my competitors review numbers surpass mine because their systems link direct.

I would love to see a "On a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to refer a friend/family member?" question in the email, and have 10 "buttons" labeled 1-10 that a guest could click to submit their answer. Looking to have a way for guests to click on their answer directly in the email as opposed to having to click on a link and open a new web page. We realize that opening links receive less engagement as email scams are on a high, and guests are more willing to answer surveys if it requires the least amount of effort possible!

Use for targeted marketing, rather than for all clients. So have a promo code box all the time that is optional rather than compulsory as it is currently.

A coupon system where a discount coupon can be generated to give % or amount in discount. The discount code can be brought to the salon upon the visit OR be applied directly on client side when an online booking is made. The coupon can be limited by how many times it can be used: Per coupon and/or Per client. Perfect to use for all type of marketing, in newspaper, magazines, social media etc. The statistic system for the discount coupons make it very easy to track what kind of marketing that gives the best ROI.

we need to be able to clean up our email list so in future emails that are sent we are not charged for undeliverable or clients who simply do not open emails ever. We also need emails to stop being sent if the client opts out of emails and sms. I notice that the emails are still being sent to those who opt out

We would love for potential new clients who visit our website to be able to sign up for our newsletters etc so we have their contact details and to be the automatically added to our Phorest system for us to be able to market to them .

I receive marketing like this from a medspa that uses Boulevard and the texts are so branded with gifs and images.

Since high bounce rates hurt future email marketing campaigns, I would recommend finding a way for Phorest to filter out emails addresses that are invalid or finding a way to mark them and publish them on a report so we can manually remove them from our emailing list and make a note to get a new email the next time the client calls.

There really needs to be the ability to market campaigns to clients based on their treatcard points. It would be awesome to sent out basic reminder messages about many points clients have or to target a campaign specifically at clients that have points above a certain threshold. Just basic marketing stuff really.
