We archive our clients who have not visited for more than 2 years, however, sometimes they come back, if their new place closes, or circumstances change etc. The system allows them to book but leaves the client in archive. Once a client has reactivated their account, the system should move them back into client list so they can be seen/found easier during search and then also marketed again please. Seen quite a few clients in archive when going onto their client account - we do not have time to check every client’s card coming in & worried about the clients we miss.

Is there a way we can organize our best-performing ads? It would make it easier to replicate our top-performing campaigns without having to scroll all the way down to find the ones that performed well. Perhaps we could also include some data on why they performed well or what made them successful. This could even be part of the Campaigns section, allowing us to view performance similarly to the Health Dash in the Reports section.

The ability to switch out treat are treats for credit. As an aesthetic clinic with high product costs giving away treatments completely free is not viable

would love the option to create our own emails that automatically send each month. Such as, a welcome email to new clients, and an email about TreatCards to new clients. When I ran an ecommerce business I was able to set up a welcome flow that sent a series of emails when we had a new client. It had options with in the automated flow to create as many emails as you liked and when to send them... such as 1st email within 3 hours of new client creation, then another 2 days later, then another 1 week later. etc...

I am seeing many clients whose contact is now undeliverable. I would like to review these with the option of deleting or archiving them.

It would be great to have a WhatsApp template we can send out to clients who need a patch test instead of having to call them to remind them

It would be beneficial to have Surveys integrated in Phorest so we could get feedback and input from our clients so we can improve business

I would love to see a "On a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to refer a friend/family member?" question in the email, and have 10 "buttons" labeled 1-10 that a guest could click to submit their answer. Looking to have a way for guests to click on their answer directly in the email as opposed to having to click on a link and open a new web page. We realize that opening links receive less engagement as email scams are on a high, and guests are more willing to answer surveys if it requires the least amount of effort possible!

With expert recommendations, it would be nice for our receptionist to be able to do these for all of our stylists which would mean there would have to be an option to choose stylist or have the recommendation default to the last stylist the client visited so that the stylist can collect the commission.

PLEASE! This would be so helpful to remind us when it's our employees anniversary of them starting and their birthdays. Even a weekly email with what's coming up that week would be wonderful but if it popped up on the app each day as a reminder that would be fantastic.
