Hi, Clients need to know they cant reply to our SMS messages, perhaps a tagline on the bottom explaining this.

it would be ideal if you could export the list of undelivered emails so can remarket to these clients easier. also having a email option to set to send an ongoing email for client birthdays would also save alot of time on clinic coordinators

Option to customize reminders based on the service. For example being able to add details for bridal or updos to remind clients how to come with their hair prepped etc.

When selecting the Phorest Brand options there is sometimes 3-4 options all with the same name, no differences. This can make adding new products a pain in the rear. You should have a way to merge these duplicate brand names together and check before creating new brand requests. A few examples are Amika, KMS, Babyliss PRO and DevaCurl.

Chat between staff within the Phorest app. Allow staff to message managers & vice-versa from within the desktop & mobile Phorest app.

When sending text confirmations. Have an auto reply saying,"we do not receive messages here. contact us at xxx-xxx-xxxx" Even though we have this set up as part of our outgoing text, people overlook the detail.

It would be great if we could have a place where we can record notes against the client in addition to automated comms that go out. A basic function which was available in my previous software. For example, we do client call outs and want to be able to record when called and result of call.

There is no way to resend to unopens which is a basic email marketing feature.

When adding new items I need to select a supplier. I do not want to see hundreds and hundreds of suppliers that other phorest users have setup. It is completely cluttered with wrong namings and so on. It makes it time consuming to find the right supplier. From a UX perspective this is extremly bad!
