Let the link in the phorest review email go straight to our Google reviews, not through phorest. Your program doesn't give a good selection to post. Even the Facebook post is dull.

In the past we have used multiple sms reminders for clients to help enforce our no-show policy. Typically we send one a week in advance and then again 48hrs in advance so that we can reduce the amount of no-show charges to a client.

have the option to add the refer a friend link to the automatic email/text that is sent to clients after their visit to thank them for visiting.

It would be beneficial to have Surveys integrated in Phorest so we could get feedback and input from our clients so we can improve business

~campaign history it would be very handy to see in client history what 'marketing' they have received as all it has in communication sent is Marketing sent on whichever date. It would be handy to see what marketing they were sent, marketing covers quiet a few subjects and if a title was added we would know straight away without wondering if they had the correct notification

Is it possible for clients to opt-out of certain campaigns instead of unsubscribing to the mailing list? For example some clients may not want to receive Mother’s Day related emails but still want to receive other emails from the salon. Is this already possible or could it be made possible?

We never ask for the treatcard since it's all on the system. The points automatically accrue and are redeemed so it's a complete waste of plastic to have a Treatcard that we give out "oh but you'll never need it!"
