It would be useful if there was a button from the clients profile - an icon of a phone or an envelope - where I can send a text or emaik to the client directly from their profile rather than having to use the SMS/EMail campaign function.

This woukd be helpful. Currently i have ti add a contact to my mobile phone and send a message manually from the business WhatsApp to avoid divulging my mobile phone number.
Maybe you can explore a connection to WhatsApp and avoid sms costs.
