Hi Phorest Team, We’d love to suggest a feature that would greatly benefit our business and likely many others using your marketing tools. Currently, we can view the performance of individual marketing campaigns, which is helpful. However, we’d love to see broader reporting tools and marketing insights that allow us to understand the overall impact of our marketing efforts over time. For example, we’d like the ability to generate reports that show the performance of all marketing campaigns within a custom date range — such as “all campaigns run in September.” This would help us analyze trends and results more holistically, rather than one campaign at a time. Here’s what we’re hoping to see: A comprehensive marketing performance dashboard Custom date range selection for reviewing campaign performance over time Graphs and visual insights into engagement, revenue generated, and client response A view of lifetime marketing performance and growth The ability to track ROI on marketing spend Tools to help set and measure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as our business grows Insights to help identify areas where we can improve or double down on what’s working As we continue to scale, we’re aiming to become more data-driven in how we make marketing decisions. Having access to these insights would empower us to make more strategic choices and ultimately grow more effectively.
