Opt out of certain campaigns

Is it possible for clients to opt-out of certain campaigns instead of unsubscribing to the mailing list? For example some clients may not want to receive Mother’s Day related emails but still want to receive other emails from the salon. Is this already possible or could it be made possible?

yes, all other companies send an email asking if you prefer not to receive mothers day, fathers day etc
