I was shocked to get feedback from Phorest that even when a client gives a one star review they sometimes will get an immediate reply asking would they like to put this review up on Google. I have it set to only prompt this when they give a 5 star review but because they may have previously given a high rating review, they get this prompt for their one star review or any rating lower than 5 stars.

This would be great and very helpful for potential clients to read about experiences

I hate that i have so many reviews that no one can see except me! yes, you can publish on socials but who will search through that for reviews and not to mention it would clog up your feed to post them all anyway. please rectify this, reviews are everything! and they're useless when potential clients can't see them!!!!!

What a difference this would make!

Our Phorest setup asks the customer to copy their review to Google if 4 or 5 star. It has to be from the customer as they will need a Google account

As in automatically add it as a google review as well? As we can manually push the google reviews but I agree a we would have a lot more google reviews if it could see if they had a google account and post it automatically
