We would like to restrict new clients from booking certain things online, but allow existing clients to be able to book online for them. We keep having to cancel new color clients who book for 1 hour thinking they are getting a full color correction, help.

It would be good if the reasons for a cancellation could be made mandatory via the online portal. Customers can currently cancel without giving reasons. I don't want that

I had switched on only allow returning clients to book online for a stylist, but recently noticed that an existing client of another stylist managed to book in. This is to ensure that their regular clients can be fit in. Would it be possible to only allow a staff member's existing clients to book with them online? Thanks

we need finish times with the application, process and finish times, so say one hour application, one hour process and one hour finish times.

Clients book online thorugh their account but it's actually for a partner or family member. We would like there to be a clear pathway from a client online account if they wish to book for someone else and it's not a group booking as this causes a lot of hassle with account renaming and payment faffing

Booking times for online booking can currently be controlled using the booking rules — for example with a 30-minute grid, which only offers customers full or half hour appointments. In addition, the Phorest booking logic, which is designed to avoid gaps in the calendar, applies. Time slots are also suggested directly following existing appointments, even if they do not exactly match the 30-minute rule. This logic ensures that there is no unnecessary idle time — for example when one appointment ends at 10:20 and the next doesn't start until 10:30am. You cannot disable this behavior with the current settings. However, the “Masterclass by Hasan Aslan — 86758” salon wishes to be able to activate or deactivate this function independently. Personally, I find automatic optimization useful because it makes workload more efficient.

Customers can currently provide any telephone number or email address when booking online without having to verify their authenticity. Unfortunately, this means that appointments can also be booked with incorrect or invalid contact details. I would therefore like to suggest that authentication be integrated into the booking process — e.g. via a confirmation code via email or SMS. This would make it possible to ensure that the specified contact option actually exists and that the customer can be reached. This would improve the quality of bookings and reduce missed appointments.

We need a confirmation sent after changing an appointment. We have too many clients calling to confirm their appointment is scheduled.

A new feature of being able to pick what days/times online booking can open and shut off. We want people to be able to boom same day, but not at 4am
