If an employee is qualified for coloring but not for finishing services, booking via the team page is unfortunately not particularly user-friendly. After selecting the coloration, the appropriate finishing services are usually displayed. However, in this case, the page will remain empty and you won't be able to continue the booking. Instead, you must first go back to the overview of all employees to select someone else to finish. For customers, this behavior does not seem logical, but rather like an error — which increases the risk that the booking will be canceled prematurely. Here, it would make much more sense to display a clear message that the person initially selected is not qualified for Finish. At the same time, simple and direct continuation should be offered — for example through: * a link to other qualified employees * or the display of all finish services with the option of directly selecting a suitable person or “no preference” This makes the booking process more intuitive, understandable and much more pleasant.
