I'd love to see a feature that allows clients to sign themselves up for Treat/Rewards card directly through the Phorest app. At the moment, it seems the only option is to manually enrol each client, and there doesn't appear to be a way to bulk add clients for Treatcards. For businesses with a large clientbase, this can be very time-consuming. Adding a self-sign-up option within the app would save salons and clinics a significant amount of time, make the onboarding process much more efficient.

Ability to pre-sell memberships online (similar functionality to POS) i.e. set a future billing date option. This would be very useful when launching a new venue. It's a core revenue and cashflow tool of the health and wellness industry e.g. gyms and spas

Would be amazing if the clients could sign up for a membership but alter the date of their payment to suit their pay schedule - I think I’ve missed a couple of opportunities as this isn’t able to be edited at the time so I don’t know if they will sign up on the right day

currently the display of the memberships states *15% off services. Now this is only on selected services you put forward for this not every service, it would be really really helpful if the worded said ‘selected’ services so the clients don’t think the percentage off is treatment menu wide

swapping over our subscription services from go cardless payments to phorest , but its logged/displayed as memberships could this be changed to subscriptions or an option to chosse between the two
