Automatically send an e-mail for new clients who have booked online with details on how to find us, payments options etc. I am currently having to manually send out an e-mail in addition to the booking confirmation e-mail contains useful information for first timers.

Hello, it would be great if the customer could separately rate employees and salon/prices, etc.

Ability to send push notifications to our branded app users. This will alert users on their phone when you want to send them a marketing message and let them drop straight into your app to make a booking!

Aside from getting the salon owner getting the online bookings, cancellations or confirmations from guests, it would be nice if their was a notification within the system. Similar to a message board that my receptionist can check to see what has changed for the week, etc. Or, perhaps there is a pop up that appears when a change is made by a client versus a staff member.

When online bookings done complete an email should generate to the salon with the clients details so we can contact them and assist in the booking. Clients should be prompted to call the salon directly if they have difficulty booking.

Email clients when a booking is not completed for example when booking online the clients payment is sometimes declined or not processed they call thinking they’re booked but it’s not and their payment is pending they always think this is taken. I then have to go into stripe transactions to see if the payment has completed and my staff don’t have access to stripe so if I’m not there it’s difficult there needs to be a way to see on the client account payment declined or a email sent to client saying it’s declined or not processed and is pending but will be returned to their banks

Is there any way we could see a little more detail on the notification emails that come through when a client reschedules or cancels an appointment. For example, when the “X has rescheduled their appointment in Y salon” comes through it would be good if as well as the new details the email contained the info of what the original appointment slot was so we can then try refill it without manually having to go to the appointment and check the history. And with a cancellation email - it would be good to know what service exactly has been cancelled and when too. Appreciate these may not be vital for everyone but coupled with a better “waiting list” that clients could add themselves to within the online booking app I think they’d make a huge difference to the everyday secondary admin :-) Love Phorest though and thank you for all the incredible and major updates and improvements lately. It just keeps getting better. Please also bring in buying courses online for clients! 🙏
