Is there any way we could see a little more detail on the notification emails that come through when a client reschedules or cancels an appointment.
For example, when the “X has rescheduled their appointment in Y salon” comes through it would be good if as well as the new details the email contained the info of what the original appointment slot was so we can then try refill it without manually having to go to the appointment and check the history.
And with a cancellation email - it would be good to know what service exactly has been cancelled and when too.
Appreciate these may not be vital for everyone but coupled with a better “waiting list” that clients could add themselves to within the online booking app I think they’d make a huge difference to the everyday secondary admin :-)
