Online Booking / App

We have had clients getting their appt time wrong because they glance at the large writing that states their last appointment. We feel it would be more beneficial to state their next appointment. I have attached a screenshot to show how it currently is displayed. Thank you

When a client signs up for online booking a duplicate client will be created in Phorest if they have been in the salon before. Either needs to check if existing client or provide additional warnings to just create a password and not a full registration

It would make more sense to capture client details after they've selected their service & time instead of prompting them to create an account first. After they've put their details in, they should then be prompted to create a password and make an account so that there are as minimal roadblocks as possible.

Clients have stressed that inputting their date of birth is far too complicated at the moment and we've been having some very frustrated emails. The current input requires clients to select their birth year by going back via months. Is there anyway to change it to be able to type in the data via the app?

Most platforms require an email or phone number authentication before creating an account to avoid scams and fake profiles. Phorest lacks this security and it is costing salon owners money. I suggest ensuring new clients get sent an authentication code to their email or mobile so we can verify it is not fake. It's common practice. Thank you

add DOB(date of birth) as a option to make a booking online, as well as option to make fields mandatory. Ability to upload a photo when booking a consult

Allow salons to gather more data about where new guests are coming from.
