When a client signs up for online booking a duplicate client will be created in Phorest if they have been in the salon before. Either needs to check if existing client or provide additional warnings to just create a password and not a full registration

We weren't aware this happened! Spent ages tidying our database so could do with this being stopped.

Yes, this can be frustrating, especially when it comes to client history & notes. If there is a way around this then I can stop manually merging client profiles all the time lol.
