If new customers were not categorized as new customers on the basis of the treatments (0 or 1), but were not categorized as new customers upon registration + no customer profile (we have just switched from the other DL), new customers could be assigned separate online payment rules from regular customers. But we can't do that because we've only been with Phorest for 4 weeks and therefore almost every customer is treated as a “NEW CUSTOMER”.
