add Tick Box To Confirm T&C's Are Read

Currently it's not obvious that there are terms & conditions. Adding a tick box for the clients to check and a more obvious link would reduce the amount of complaints we get in relation to no-show charging etc

When booking on line, have a terms & condidtions outlining cancellation charges, expiry terms on vouchers and courses and ID is required. This helps us when they dispute knowing these important things even when they've received an email about it.

We use the additional disclaimer to set out our policy and the client needs to agree by ticking the box in order to proceed with the booking

Currently we use a consultation form to gain their agreement

Hey Charleigh,
Thanks for raising. You could actually use the old Covid disclaimer message, which we generalised, for this now. You can find it in Manager > Settings > Online. Best regards, Sonja

We have clients who book online and are unhappy they don't recive their deposits back when they cancel appointments or who are unhappy about being charged for missed appointments that they booked online.
It would be good if we could have a button that they have to tick before proceeding any online booking.
On the app the T&Cs are under the book now button so it's easily missed, above would be much better
