We need to set up function to rotate or cycle through staff in order for online bookings DAILY. This will help for turns management in rotating name list and also help the customer and technician NOT confuse. When a customer books online with anyone, the system choose randomly a specific technician's name to assign for the service. But in reality, that plan conflicts with the fact that the technician name is assign differently with the one booked online (anyone is randomly chosen by system). In the other words, the conflict happens because the name list rotation mismatches with the random name chosen by the system.

So, we need to set up the online booking rotation matching with the name list rotation everyday.
