My previous booking system used an incredible feature: clients, who were unable to find an appointment that suited them would add themselves to a waitlist, and as soon as a client would cancel this particular appointment type online, everyone on the waitlist for this appointment time would receive an automatic text message notification, which allowed them to snatch the appointment (first come, first serve ). it was such a time saver for me because as of right now, I’m the one maintaining a physical waitlist for clients because Phorest doesn’t offer this option.

wir brauchen drigend eine warteiste die der kunde online nutzen kann. eine warteliste wo wir wieder nur am telefon oder handy hängen ist nicht der sinn eines onlinekalenders. dort sollte man auch emails mit buchunglink versenen können. siehe salonized. so können kurzfristige termine einfach nicht vergeben werde. ganz krasses manko für den teuersten kalener auf dem markt.

we would love to be able to have our online bookings on but have a waitlist that can be created for clients that would love a booking on a certain day but we are full. if someone cancels or a spot comes free means there waitlist name could grab that booking

Allow the option to add themselves to the wait list, and then prompt them to book a time in the future after they've added themselves.
