Yes! We had this with our previous software and we get 40 or so online bookings a day, we go through all of them to make notes on and look for issues or special requests and our email is out of control now!

Yes I had this with shortcuts all new bookings were highlighted a different colour until we confirmed the booking.

Agreed, as we verify all online bookings to ensure everything is correct and that skin testing has been completed and in-date

And a report for all appointments booked online with booking details. We should be able to download that daily as our checklist instead of worrying about who opened an email, and if they took care of it before that email was discarded. Right now you can only see how many people booked online as units. We need details.
