Desktop Client Card

We have a barcode on our treatcards, we also have a few that have been used so cant allocate them to someone else but have no way of scaning or inputting the number to find whos client card its attacted to.

This shut be automatic with the last staff member, when they check out or make appointments

Can we kindly ask if a DAY can be added before the DATE e.g Mon 25th Sept etc. As it is very handy and necessary to tell a client the day (switching back to appt screen - can be slow). Thanks a million.

We use the appointment notes to record the colour notes for that appointment and you can add to it from the appointment history screen. We cant use the notes area as when the appointments get printed out they dont come up on the page.

We have clients who put money on their account as a credit and they at time like to pay for other clients so a way to pay from the client with money on acct to the client who is booked in.

You should be able to see the full product history of the client straightaway when you click on their product history. At the moment, we can only see the last 10 products they bought ?? We don't have time to search for individual products, we need to see all the products they have been buying over their whole time with us to see what they've used or not used etc.

It seems like with the new setup we have lost the ability to double click on a previous appointment to copy and then "paste it" to the desired day & time by double clicking again. That was a really nice feature to have. It would also be nice to add a feature where you have the option to add a note on a guest's file that pops up every time you pull up there client card or when you are checking the guest out.

Used to be able to double click notes from the history page of a Client Card and make edits without having to physically pull up the previous schedule date....now I have to go all the way back to the actual date on the booking schedule, open a preview screen and make an edit; PLEASE FIX; the way it is right now is less efficient than before!

This was a print option for clients past history of colours for all these years and now with the new update it has gone. We cant be spending hours writing them down each day. This is going backwards. PLEASE BRINT A PRINT OPTION BACK for either the appointment notes or client notes

If you click on an old appointment in the history, it was possible to edit the note for this appointment. Now that option is gone.
