Desktop Client Card

Notes being missed upon checkin. Even birthdays. They show up on checkin but then no reminder after, so staff forgetting. And can you create a way to track client referrals (not treat cards) without the booking online (we don't book on line). We want to do referrals that they and the referee can earn $$ for each to use whenever they wish (or am I missing something?)

Please can this be removed from the top of the client card or at least reduced in size. One of our customers saw this the other day when rebooking their appt which isnt ideal. When accessing the client card this isnt the main thing we are looking for - its useful information for analytics but we dont need to see this every time we log on to their card

The client spend at the top of the client card should not be so visible. Not all computer screens are hidden from view from the salon floor and when putting new information in it is often visible for the everyone to see

Please bring back 'Spend' tab on the client card, where we could see clients total spend. Now not available on new look client card. We were using this feature quite a lot when analysing new and lost clients.

We have a barcode on our treatcards, we also have a few that have been used so cant allocate them to someone else but have no way of scaning or inputting the number to find whos client card its attacted to.

This shut be automatic with the last staff member, when they check out or make appointments

Can we kindly ask if a DAY can be added before the DATE e.g Mon 25th Sept etc. As it is very handy and necessary to tell a client the day (switching back to appt screen - can be slow). Thanks a million.

We use the appointment notes to record the colour notes for that appointment and you can add to it from the appointment history screen. We cant use the notes area as when the appointments get printed out they dont come up on the page.
