Client notes should have the ability to be seen under their name on the appointment book. Important notes are not being seen before they check a client in. Please create the ability to create notes that show up under client name on the booking calendar. The little icon isn't good enough.

Notes being missed upon checkin. Even birthdays. They show up on checkin but then no reminder after, so staff forgetting. And can you create a way to track client referrals (not treat cards) without the booking online (we don't book on line). We want to do referrals that they and the referee can earn $$ for each to use whenever they wish (or am I missing something?)

You can now see service notes on the calendar screen if the setting is enabled.
