often clients want us to email them their future appointments. I know there is an option to print future appointments but its a waste of paper and rather more time consuming than to just be able to take a screenshot and attach it to an email.

Phorest Admin Phorest Product along the lines of this it would be VERY helpful to have some type of alert to let the front desk team know that a client with recurring appointments has 1, 2, or 3 recurring appointments left. Milano (as awful as I think that software is) had a pop up to let the team know. We need a report of all clients with recurring appointments so we can keep an eye on who needs to be rebooked.

Many clients book a year in advance and want a list of the appointments to keep, as we don't print in the salon, having the option to email the clients all their future appointments would be great, and avoiding using paper too

Definitely date, time, staff member & service would be great, not price though as there may be a discount added after the service & not notes.
