Desktop Client Card

I'd love the ability to check a box that makes client notes pop up in various situations. (like checking out directly from the calendar screen, client search screen, etc.) so that it's not required to open the client/appointment card every single time i want to see a yellow highlighted message. more urgency

A lot of our client love to pre book their appointments. And sometimes adjustments need to be made, resulting in needing to cxl the existing appts. The set up now we need to wright down all appts, go to those days and cancel the appt. It would be faster and more streamline if when we pulled up the appt history where it shows all furture appts the was also an option the cxl from the page. Just a little X next to each to delete from there. please and thank you.
