A lot of our client love to pre book their appointments. And sometimes adjustments need to be made, resulting in needing to cxl the existing appts. The set up now we need to wright down all appts, go to those days and cancel the appt. It would be faster and more streamline if when we pulled up the appt history where it shows all furture appts the was also an option the cxl from the page. Just a little X next to each to delete from there. please and thank you.

This isn’t feed back I actually just can not figure out how to cancel an appointment from my phone? I can add them, reschedule, and change the appointment but I can’t seem to cancel it. Can anyone help?

Can you no longer cancel an appointment from the app? You used to be to swipe to remove an appointment.

That would be fantastic to setup!! My staff always find it tedious to move/cancel prebooked guests!

Was literally going to suggest the same thing - would be very useful to be able to cancel appointments from the client card and future appointments. Would save us a lot of time

It would be really good if when you go to Future Appointments in the client record, you could click on the appointment you need to change and that would take you to the booking.

I agree with repeating appointments it can be frustrating. To have control ftom the customer screen woukd be lovely

We go to that specific appointment to reschedule it verses canceling and making a new appointment.

Hi Betina, thanks for your message. Tap the appointment, then tap "More options". You will see Cancel options here. Hope this helps.

Phorest Product However…. Be aware, if you cancel an appointment from the app, it is as if you “deleted” the appt on the desktop. Unfortunately, that appt. Will not show under their client card appointments as “cancelled” :-(
