It would make things so much easier if instead of just product purchase history, it shows all purchase history for each client in one place on their client card. This way we don't have to go through multiple days, weeks, months, on the "Sales," tab in order to access each individual ticket.

And to keep it in order of last purchased at the top, not just the random list we have now, it takes so long to scroll to the end. Like a "most purchased" product section at the top and then the rest below. This is for when we are selecting at POS for the client to purchase.

If a client asks our front desk staff to print out a previous transaction from a few months ago the process is to look up the past time they were in via client card, then go to sales, then go to the specific day in question, then search for the client on that day. It takes way too long and too many clicks to access this important information.
When we have guests waiting to check out and phones ringing it can feel so frustrating to complete this simple task.
In other systems all of the clients past information is in one place. You click on ticket history, then double click on the one you want to pull up, then press print. That is 4 clicks.
Currently in phorest we can't even search for a clients past ticket without going to the specific day they were in.
There needs to at least be a way to search the entire data base for one clients past tickets, and also have a tab in their client card with this information. A simple double click on the transaction to pull it up.

It would be helpful if there was a complete list of all clients transactions on their file, in one place, so you can easily track what has been paid, every visit, any additional purchases, basically all financial transactions, to make tracking a discrepancy easier.

We should be able to see at a glance any transaction made by client in their wallet section. Regardless of what kind of transaction it was. And be able to see and even resend receipts if need be

Be great if we could see a client's transaction history (including successes,cancellations, refunds, disputes) and be able to resend a receipt it we need to. My previous software provider had this.

Would be a huge improvement if we can view client payment history in their client card, not to have to find it in the sales page by knowing the date they paid it. We should be able to click on a tab named 'payments' within their client card, and view every transaction they have paid in date order.
