The old system would prompt whether there was a Charge or Credit on file so the front desk staff would see it on check out instead of having to remember from reading a note at Check-In. Also with multiple front desk staff the one checking a client out may not be who checked them in - so a Check Out Prompt with Notes AND the On Account Balance Prompts are Critical.

When putting prices up it would be really useful to be able to select the date you want this to come into force instead of having to do it on the day, my old system used to let you pre date it so made it so much easier as it takes a long time to go through everything, this would also be useful on the app so i could do it from home instead of having to be in the salon.

There is a Product History, but it does not show a full history of every transaction made under the client. For example, if a client purchases a gift card for someone, that does not show up anywhere on their profile.

Having to book a separate appointment to check out someone as a no show takes a lot of extra time. It would be helpful to have a "No Show" button next to the "Check in" button that made the process much simpler!

The new system is very complicated if you make a mistake with a payment type at check out. The old system would allow you to edit the checkout and choose a different payment method. On the new system, you don't have the option to amend from cash to card and I've been told that you have to refund or void the original payment instead. That's far too complicated!!! Please change it back x

please explain why we have had our sales page changed? with no option to revert back to the old one? - we do not want to use the new style page plz

It would be great if we could create discount codes and apply to certain products/services and have a link associated with the code. My previous booking system had this and it was great.

Would like to be able to establish a Walk-in Purchase for a New Client all on the same screen; right now, I am being required to enter a pin (which, for someone reason, does not work, even though I 100% have access to this feature) and now have to leave the screen, create the file separately, and then go back to the purchase screen. Most walk-in guests are looking for a faster experience than this. Please create an update which can include generating a New Client at the same time as their purchase (on the Purchase Screen)

As it is now, Gift Card Transaction History is Only recorded under the Recipient - so no way to look up under Purchaser. It seems critical to have the correct Trail and History for a transaction. When someone calls & says they purchased a Gift Certificate for someone... and we don't have any History of their name, it's, frankly, embarrassing - especially when they need a receipt for their purchase. They had to enter that information - so they assume we have that information - why is that not provided to us?

I cannot believe this day and age there isn’t an option to offer a discount code! Phorest is seriously behind here
