Would be great if we could send links to clients to pay deposits, some clients don’t want to give details over the phone and it would be really handy for social media enquires.

Currently if a client book online with a deposit this has to be refunded so the membership credit can be used.

Having to book a separate appointment to check out someone as a no show takes a lot of extra time. It would be helpful to have a "No Show" button next to the "Check in" button that made the process much simpler!

I have several clients that are tax exempt. It would be nice if there was a spot to click tax exempt or if there was a way to set up their client card to automatically remove taxes for tax exempt clients.

Gift card promotions like adding 20% extra value when you purchase during a gift card sale should be available in store as well as online. I shouldn’t have to apply a 20% discount to the gift card if I’m running the same promo online. Now my reports will not have proper data for this promotion. My reports will also show more discounts when it’s actually a promotion. All actions need to be available to the client both online and in store, as well as myself and staff both online the app and in store. It’s not cohesive

I cannot believe this day and age there isn’t an option to offer a discount code! Phorest is seriously behind here

Would love to have product history in transaction screen and be able to quickly add items that are being repurchased.

In the service screen, would it be possible to add a consumables option, where it would link products that are used in that service, and reduce those consumables from inventory? For example, in a HydraFacial, we utilize a blue tip, a teal tip, and a clear tip in every treatment; our previous software would automatically reduce the inventory for those products, which was a huge help in maintaining our inventory (without having to count the over 1,000 tips we have on hand on a regular basis.

Once again, the proposed new look is more complicated than is worth the change. On the old purchase screen, I can see all the information I could possibly want at a glance... at a glance ; why are we removing all "at a glance," info to a completely separate screen??? Please don't do this; it's wildly unnecessary.
