It would be great if there was an option for adding someone to the cancelation list from the client card when making an appointment. It would make it so much easier than backing out to add to waitlist

Our old systems waitlist allowed us to have the option for clients to be notified when an apt became available and they were able to book into our schedules without our front desk (that we don't have every day) contacting them. It also allowed them to add themselves from our booking page if they couldn't find an apt in the time they wanted. This allowed for openings to get filled immediately and less gaps. It also needs to take someone off the waitlist once the desired time/date has passed.

Wait list. Is there a way to turn off the filter permanently instead of having to disable it every day we look at? currently the wait list only shows clients for particular days, but many of our clients want asap or choose to come earlier even if they had a preferred day. Bruce is very frustrated by it. What it appears to be is that in the forum, many salons demanded a change but now that change helps some people but hinders other salons. A great solution would be to allow us to either filter by day or turn that off manually forever. Let the salons choose.

I wish we could control what/who we see when pulling up the waitlist. Having it only show the day you are looking at is confusing, the default should be to show all waitlisted clients.

Add add-on services to the waitlist options, we have guests that are added to the waitlist for an appointment and we are unable to add their waitlist items for add-on only services. Some of our add-on services require time this this feature is important.

The prices that pop up on the waitlist are the default prices, not the service provider's level prices

We need to have a waiting list we can add our clients too that if the appointment day and time opens up it sends us a message that there is a client on the waiting list for that slot.

When a client cancels or reschedules an appointment, a pop-up should automatically appear showing that stylist’s waitlist. This would allow both stylists and front desk staff to quickly fill the opening. The pop-up could also show which waitlisted appointments would fit within the newly available time gap, making it easier to contact the right clients and maximize the stylist’s schedule.
