Really miss the wait list option on the old system, where an appointment could be booked for any person and not one in particular. Not using this new facility as its not so versatile.
Also clients could opt to be put on the wait list from the on line booking system.

Where clients can request an appointment that isn’t available and if a space comes up we can then give it to that client.
