Waitlist Problems

Every time we select dates, it goes back to same day, no days selected. This has been an ongoing issue. We are also hoping the waitlist changes back to just showing people on the waitlist for the day we have selected on the screen. Having one big ongoing list that doesn't update well has made things frustrating and overwhelming.

Yes very overwhelming. I also don't understand why they ask for specific dates and then you really have to search for them, they should be a part of the information we are looking at. It would be helpful if there was a cancellation that we could get a notification on the main screen that would indicate to check the waitlist, not just give clients the ability to decide if they want the appointment like the new feature offers.

Yes! I was fighting with this today. Not able to select days which is not ideal.
