Desktop Appointment Diary

Would be nice to be able to click on an appointment and have an option on the appointment details screen to click somewhere that will also allow us to view the transaction/receipt straight from the checked out appointment instead of having to search for it in on the sales page.

Since the most recent update, when attempting to drag and drop multiple appointments that are booked with multiple members of staff, when moving them they will all jump into the same member of staffs columns. could this be changed please.

It will be great if when the appointment is canceled or removed to have the option to reschedule/move the appointment to the date requested by the client. For example, if a client has an appointment at 9 am for color and haircut, and the client calls in sick, but wants to reschedule for another day, we should have the option to reschedule or move the appointment to the desired date; not just cancel or delete the appointment. So there should be three options: Cancel, delete, and Reschedule/Move. This update will help us minimize errors by cancelling appointment and not creating a new one or having multiple appointments due to copy and paste function. The copy and paste function work great if the front desk assistant does not forget to remove the appointment that was canceled.

an option to make appointments "conflicting" to indicate an urgent note or change needed to appointment. Example: when stylist calls out or changes their sched, we would call the client directly and change the status of the appointment to "conflicting", it would change it to its own individual color and stop any confirmation notifications.

we have to use our ipad for consultation forms and it would be handy it if can up on the appointment if they needed to complete as an icon

On the APP it would be good to have add to calendar for an appointment

Dear ones, just be careful if you want to cancel customers via Phorest, e.g. in case of absence of illness! Clicking on Cancel does NOT send a rejection to customers and even a marketing/SMS campaign to all customers of the colleague does NOT reach all customers... e.g. all who have NOT set a marketing opt-in. So there is currently no feature at Phorest that allows us to cancel several customers at once. It only works manually 1by1. :-( Stefan has already submitted an internal feature request to Phorest-Product but likes to vote up this ticket so that it goes faster, because that does take a lot of work off all of us, right? It would be great if we can limit certain memberships so they can only be booked with certain stylists… I’d love to run an unlimited blow dry option just for the juniors!

A “sheet” break that can still take an online booking during that time. I’d like to be able to write notes on the booking screen about what services I’d like where, but for it to still take online bookings, not blocked out like a break

Ability to transfer an appointment from one branch to another without having to cancel at one branch and creating a new appointment at the other branch. There should be some kind of branch transfer option.
