New waiting list is so clumsy compared to the old one! Why don't we still have a Waiting List column visible on the screen, like there was in the old system? It makes it so much easier to see who's awaiting bookings in a week, rather than it only pops up when a space becomes available. If we can see waiting lists all week, we can contact clients and see whether they could possibly come in on a different day, etc. Once you've created the waiting list item, there's nowhere to see it on the appointments screen to ensure you've got it correctly on the right day, or have I missed something?
